Two classic southern sips come together for a delightful iced tea cocktail

I’m very excited about this Kentucky Mule which tastes so good, anddifferent! Inspired by the trendy Moscow mule, I wanted a Southern spin on it. Instead of vodka and lime, I used good ole Kentucky bourbon, and lemon. I also used iced tea as the base because you can’t get more Southern than that!

For this cocktail, I use a purchased bottle of sweet tea for its classic flavor. A good quality bourbon takes this drink to another level and adds a bit of extra sweetness. The lemon helps balance the flavor and the addition of non alcohol ginger beer gives it some carbonation and a bold spicy note. This is one of my favorites!
