I know, I know, bloody Mary recipes are a dime a dozen. Everyone’s got there favorite method and garnish, and I’m no exception. With that being said, I hope you’ll give this recipe a try as it incorporates some extra pizzazz with sriracha, and a little bit of honey to balance the acidity and heat.
It’s actually not overly spicy. That likely has to do with the mix I used. It adds tremendous flavor though, and you can always add a bit more Sriracha to give it a kick.
This bloody mary recipe is a MUST for yourbrunch entertaining. Serve it with abagel bar brunchor alongside a continental-stylebreakfast buffet.
I’ve always enjoyed a bloody Mary but last year whilevisiting New Orleans, I rediscovered my love for this savory cocktail. They’re very popular down in the bayou so we had to try as many as we could, at different locations. We quickly found that every place has their own unique blend; some spicy and some mild. I think a good bloody Mary must start with a good quality mix.
辣的提单oody Mary Ingredients
I like to do something a little different with my drink. I add a tiny bit of honey to it. The sweetness is not really detectable in the taste of the cocktail but it seems to mellow the acidity of the tomato juice and add a depth of flavor. Much the same way that salt is added to dessert baking, a little sugar or honey always brings out the best in tomato-based dishes, or in this case, drinks!
- Your favorite Vodka
- Good bloody Mary mix
- Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together over ice, garnish, and sip!
